opportunistic men attempting to coerce free nude photos out of workers in this industry is actually an extremely common form of on-the-job harassment experienced by SWers. it’s really cruel to contribute to normalizing that harassment by framing them as acceptable targets of this behavior

sure, I don’t think the previous OP was *intentionally* punching down on SWers, but the way they phrased their post absolutely still suggests that on some level they believe it’s normal for SWers to be mistreated in ways that other women shouldn’t be expected to put up with

their refusal to engage with my criticism (as someone who is Directly affected by the consequences of rhetoric like that, no less) also communicates pretty clearly that they simply don’t care if what they said was harmful to SWers
