Plain salmon rolls, eel avocado rolls, and spicy California rolls are probably my three favs

I too like eel, but I have a pretty basic sushi taste I like the San Antonio & California roll. I do like raw sushi but when I eat to much the texture and taste suddenly starts to not be so appetizing 😭
