I know it sounds intimidating to some people but AA works surprisingly well

Something that has really helped me is listening to alcoholics’ horror stories

Don’t go down that road or it will haunt you for the rest of your life. Do everything you can to stop now before it’s too late. Whatever you’re going through, you can find other ways to cope and take your mind off of it
