I finally got prescribed medication for my depression and anxiety and after getting no help for so long, there were definitely tears of something during that car road home

keep talking to your doctor and be very honest with them. the meds might take awhile to work but just keep your doctor updated and they can decide when you need to raise the dose and when you just need to wait for it to work

also medication is a huge trial and error process. i tried like 6 medications before i found some that worked for me long term
