
1) Remove triggers: Instagram girls and taking a break from social media in general. 2) Spend more time out of your room and/or doing something productive or you love (boredom is the biggest trigger) 3) Tell someone you trust and see if they can help you by holding you accountable 4) accept that YOU WILL FAIL A LOT. Not an overnight fix, slowly phase it out of your life. You got this🔥
Doomscrolling is a separate issue, but kinda tied to the same ultimate problem. If you care abt this friend then get their number, but I encourage you to try no socal media for a week then come back. If you start doomscrolling again try another week or two. Eventually you do this enough to where you don’t really need to be on insta.
