PRO TIP THAT WORKS. If you’re feeling unmotivated from homework, take a break by doing something thats more boring than your homework. If im burned out i take a break and will literally just stare out the window, no music, nothing. This lets your brain calm down and then get bored, so bored that you crave stimulation which you get by returning to hw. NEVER TAKE A BREAK THAT IS MORE REWARDING THAN THE ACTUAL WORK

i take notes on my ipad and literally reread it till i can cite the definition word for word, also explain the definition to yourself😭 idk lots of trial and error , i withdrew from 2 classes 😫🫩
