no this is so true. unfortunately i work at a grocery store right now, but i work in like a booth so im not a cashier, i help with customer service. tell me why these people genuinely think idk what im doing. ive been there for almost 4 years, i know that place up and down

Had a customer yell and scream at me when I was 16 and working at a diner bc he didn’t know how to read a receipt and basically accused me of putting in a tip when I didn’t I had worked there for a year I know what I’m doing 😐 it’s not that difficult to use a credit card machine

Additionally had a customer tell me how to do my job when I was doing the way my boss had told me to she also apparently didn’t even know who my boss was to be yelling at me like that (in the middle of a rush mind you) bc she assumed my boss was a man my boss was a woman the owners are men and did not train me
