I would say start by tracking what you currently eat we don’t need to change anything. Just get into the habit of logging what you eat. Then slowly change one unhealthy food to a healthy one- like chips for popcorn instead stuff like that. Then is when I’d recommend introducing light working out- like walks or the treadmill. Then is when I’d go on a cut and workout at the same time. Then you should see a change.

No i lowkey get that. Sometimes I just won’t feel hungry then at like 2 I’ll remember I haven’t eaten and eat just to eat🫩
