There needs to be some kind of exam to be approved to have a child. Cause deadbeats keep producing just to mistreat these kids. And the state doesn’t care like 😐

What? Just say you want to live in a dystopian world where the state decides who gets certain privileges and who doesn't. Have ppl not read Nineteen Eighty Four?! They're already trying to control peoples personal autonomy in matters like abortion, yet you think more government oversight on reproduction is a good idea? Please educate me, in your mind, how would the government stop ppl who didn't pass this ‘test' from having kids? Sterilise them? Imprison them? Abort the babies?
