
I’m going to be super honest, I’d start over a long weekend or school break. Bc the first 3-4 days is going to be brutal depending on your use habits. The best thing is just bed rot until the sick feeling and violent cravings go away. My dad was a life long smoker and the ONLY thing that made him quit was getting the flu this year and bed ridding him for a week. When he was better he had already gone through withdrawals and felt smoking again was pointless
