Seriously it’s absolutely ridiculous. Or people getting breeds they can’t handle. Not fair to the dog

letting their dogs run off leash untrained, failing to pick up their feces on walks, not doing anything to intervene when they continuously bark super loud & aggressive at other people… dogs themselves are just fine, but some of these owners need to be put in shock collars til they figure out what they’re doing
