I know that "13% of the population commits 50% of crime" stat is bullshit because never once have I been in line for the bathroom at a bar/club and couldn't find a few white people with coke lol they're committing crimes, they're just not getting checked

The broader point is you could be in possession of very illegal substances and everybody at the door knows you're coming in with it yet nobody is checking for it. If crimes were proportionately reported the stat wouldn't be as stupid as it is
