ngl i eat it everyday seafood is my fav i live in a very coastal place. it happens cause fish, etc eat mercury from the bottom of the ocean so if u eat a lot of seafood it happens ig

for the past 3 days i just had really bad headaches, stomach issues, i had the shakes really bad and no appetite then i passed out earlier today while on a walk so honestly its horrible

they said 50-100 days for it to completely be out of my system but the meds i’m taking rn will help with the side effects until then. i just can’t eat seafood for a longgg time now 😫
