yeah i would not recommend dating men unless you are incredible at setting and maintaining boundaries bc they always push them

My bf and I are going on 3 years. He’s a really good guy, just has a hard time identifying emotions and verbalizing them. We still get along great, he’s very sweet and provides words of affirmation without me asking. There’s chores that we argue over but he still does them. He doesn’t complain a lot or get angry like ever. There’s so many people out there you really can’t get bogged down in the minor things. I was very very picky and he was the first guy I could see a future w/h after many dates

i’m in the healthiest relationship i’ve ever been in, but my man is private with his life. maybe it’s just me bc i tell him every detail of every thing that happens to me. he also doesn’t open up about his emotions a lot. when we first started talking i was unsure if wanted to pursue a relationship bc of him being “too nonchalant” but since then he’s opened up a lot more. he just doesn’t express his feelings when he’s sad or mad a lot.

My partners got this awful way of trying to excuse everything. i warn them about somebody’s intentions and even after being proved right i get a “oh they were drunk” or “they were having an off night they aren’t like that”
