clear urine is after you have drank too much water and you dont have enough room/minerals to help with water uptake! you should still have a LITTLE color, just not like bright yellow, but also not clear! a normal time frame for bladder filling is 3-4 hrs when steadily drinking water, anything under 3 hrs is considered abnormal and you may want to visit a pelvic floor specialist or just watch your water intake!
