I also feel more direct control with my hand, easier to edge and have a long session

I mean fleshlight feels really nice once in a while but it's messier involves prep and cleanup. Warming the sleeve, using lube, rinsing it out afterwards, drying it, cleaning the lube off of yourself. I just go with my hand 99.7% of the time
