Not allowing people to access public spaces due to not having a vaccine is against the law under accommodation discrimination. I don’t know anything about Palantir, so my opinion is 90% ignorant, 10% based on other tech polices that aren’t in place but I wish they were. I think in concept it’s a good idea, but in practice it’s gonna be a security nightmare. We should have a database with our citizens basic info (name, age, dob) to not “track” our citizens, but ensure they’re legal along with criminal record keeping. Idk what their plan is, so I’ll come back to it when ik what’s being done.

In a sense, illegal immigrant labor is damn near slavery in some places. They’re being paid minimum wage for insane amounts of labor. I understand what you mean by cheap labor is almost necessary, but these people are insanely overworked and underpaid. However, farmers are starting to automate these jobs as well, so it’s bound to be a moot point in approx 4 years. I agree the system needs a huge rework. Immigration should be easier, however you can’t break the law just because it benefits you.

I would agree and disagree about them coming because our economy needs. Yes they are given jobs at low wages quite fast, showing demand, but in recent years Gen Z has finally showed their willingness to do blue collar work in some states. Highly pretentious states do not have people wanting to do this because of entitlement, but middle class kids are seeing that there’s a lot of money to be made now in blue collar work. So I’d agree and disagree. I stand in the middle ab our economy needing it

Sure, but US citizens who aren’t required to carry… probably don’t have all the required documents on them when they get put in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a van. This just makes it harder to prove your citizenship because you’re not allowed to fetch it. I just do not understand why they had to hire more ICE agents to detain everyone present at the raid, instead of hiring a couple paper pushers to keep track of the US citizens that are present at the location of a raid.

Jonathon Aguilar Garcia, was 17 working at Target, when him, and another coworker (Christian Miranda Romano) were arrested. There were 9 ice agents for 2 people. Then they were “released” in a Walmart parking lot, where he was crying and bleeding. If you don’t know, Target makes you bring a bunch of stuff in order to work there, and if you don’t bring it, they don’t allow you to work. I’ve worked there, and I’ve seen people leave orientation because they didn’t bring their stuff.

No he didn’t. There are like a million videos and none of them show him getting hit. He leaned over the car to get the first shot through the front windshield, and did the next two shots through the side window 😂. DHS told us he had internal bleeding but didn’t release any info to prove that. Internal bleeding that’s serious requires 24 hour minimum hospital stay and he allegedly went for 3 hours.
