My dad just refused to hire this girl because she had a nose ring… she’s not working customer service or anything and looked like she would fit the position really well! I confronted him about it twice now immediately afterwards and his reasoning is shit

Like I have 10 piercings, these all took 9 months - a year to heal. The fact I have them all in perfect condition should say smth about responsibility but whatever

She only had a nose piercing and I could tell she put a nice one in that brought out her look. She looked great and that’s not even what I should be worried about… like why should I care if she has a nose piercing… he said it was a statement and he won’t hire someone with nose piercing or gauged ears lol
