My dad just refused to hire this girl because she had a nose ring… she’s not working customer service or anything and looked like she would fit the position really well! I confronted him about it twice now immediately afterwards and his reasoning is shit

She only had a nose piercing and I could tell she put a nice one in that brought out her look. She looked great and that’s not even what I should be worried about… like why should I care if she has a nose piercing… he said it was a statement and he won’t hire someone with nose piercing or gauged ears lol

Actually if you talk to him about it you will find out it’s his company and he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore and he holds to his values and believes a woman would do better than a guy in the position 🫩 I’m tired boss
