Do something productive everyday, even if it’s only 20 minutes or something. You’ll get used to doing that and will slowly be more motivated to do more and more each day

delete social media and make yourself bored. especially insta and tiktok if you have it. whatever makes you scroll. then watch psyphoria on youtube. download this app called finch that helps you make your daily tasks feel like a game. start rewarding yourself based on what you’ve done. talk positively to yourself always. read “the four agreements” by don miguel ruiz.

you will naturally begin to do the things you deemed “boring” and make pleasurable hobbies out of them. you’ll crave tasks more. laziness is a condition of the mind, not a trait. rewire your brain. it’s possible.
