Because shiny things get your attention and you actually value net worth over that stuff. I am going through health shit but when its over I will test our hypothesises. I made gamestop money years ago but it dried up and now I work in higher ed. My partner will get my pension when I die first. There’s literally the phrase “he can’t afford me” and its used as logic and reasoning.
