I also first thought this about small dogs, but you just gotta meet the right ones. there’s annoying big dogs there is annoying small dogs too but really I think it’s the owners who allow the barking so they the real annoying ones

Yup shitty training leads to shitty dogs. Similar to shitty parenting leading to assholes we deal with everyday.
