
when he hires an established SWer he has to abide by her rules in order to set the appointment—she’s in control of negotiation. he knows if he hurts her then other girls in the industry will hear about it. he’s trying to avoid this. if you’re not a SWer already and he’s offering you money for sexual favors, it’s because he sees you as someone he can exploit
I don’t have as much experience with the online-only side of the industry so I’m a little less confident in my assessment of how that works, but on average, it’s definitely pretty shady to proposition any type of SWer for a service they aren’t already voluntarily offering of their own accord. basically the key here is the worker’s autonomy in terms of being the one to set prices and determine the limits of their own job
