If you’re only doing it at home then it’s more a fear of getting caught

It would only be an ED if it’s massive amounts of food or restricted. Or eating when ur already full but physically cannot control the urges.

Yea it there’s a reason you are hiding it probably trauma but if it’s for no rational reason maybe ED
