Guys I need to lose weight and I’m so sick of myself but I’ve tried diets and working out and it’s not helping okeaseeee give me ur deepest darkest secrets I don’t want to be fat and chopped anymore.

In regards to dieting, its better to try and implement it as a lifestyle rather than a restriction. It may be harder but if you eat higher protein meals you won’t feel as hungry and it can also help with muscle growth with other physical activity. Losing weight is hard but you don’t have to make it painful.

Fastest way? Running/walking. Sucks at first but MY GOD is it fast and effective.
