No you’re fine. I didn’t kiss or go on any date until last summer when I turned 22 and have gone on several dates after that. Just work on yourself and your career and eventually it’ll happen.

Ur fine, I was a virgin (kind of) till I was like 21 but now I’ve gotten more than pretty much anyone around my age I know. Just start putting genuine effort into your appearance, personality, and game. Get some hobbies too those help a lot
