wayyyyy too many people’s grasp on eugenics seems to begin and end with “full-blown genocide and/or forced sterilization” or they think it applies strictly to Either race Or disability. or they decide it doesn’t really count as eugenics as long as the disability in question is one that they personally believe to be universally undesirable
