Im a bulky girl here. youll only get bulky IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET BULKY, you have to eat protien in a surplus, use progressive overload, and reach your intake goal in a bulk nearly every day. bulk dosent just happen, lift weigts, stay thin, get muscles, do whatever you want to do, but dont let fear stop you from getting stronger
I’m not always motivated to go honestly!! I’ve kinda trained myself to not think about it and just go even if I don’t feel like it just cause it’s healthy for me! What I do on days I don’t wanna go I’ll say I’ll atleast go there and walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes then I can go home and usually I end up staying longer anyway
I really think I’m having an issue taking that first step. The longest I think I’ve gone to the gym is a month and I hated every second of it. The amount of people, the feeling so out of place, and even when I would go with a buddy she low key judged me when I said I didn’t want to do super heavy weights. I think I might try the treadmill thing though. I used to play sports and I feel like that was the only time i really enjoyed exercise
If you don’t wanna do weights then don’t!! I had a time where I just did cardio and treadmill and I loved it you just gotta find what works for you! Like instead of watching tv on your couch go to the gym on the treadmill set up your phone and workout even if it’s just a little something is always better than nothing!
