I was agreeing with you. Although I don’t think you should lash out at customers for any reason, replacing you wouldn’t be a good financial decision is less you were consistently failing to do your job

Fair point, it’s the only time I’ve directly called them stupid. I usually do it in more of a passive way but this lady was being a BITCH
