ngl I don’t understand (and am grateful for this) for not feeling the constant need to be skinny skinny. As long as I’m taking care of my health and working out I love my curves and extra thickness. Such a waste of energy to worry otherwise

Took me a long time to come to this same conclusion. Now, I mainly prioritize general health and mobility over looks. I am happier and believe I feel better for it. Hope you feel the same 🙂

Skinny hasn’t been the best for me but I also have a fast metabolism and low will and finances to keep up with how much I burn off. Since starting uni I’ve dropped from 160 to 130 now. I feel I’m eating enough but then I’ll only be breaking even and eventually I’ll slip and lose some but then just break even at that weight

If ur wanting to gain weight you can’t go off based off “I feel I’ve eaten enough” you have to track your calories, and make sure you have a decent protein source along with fruits/carbs every meal then get in your lovely side of icecream after dinner
