trying to quit vaping and step number one is switching back to cigarettes. i’m currently consuming 1/6th of my prior daily nicotine intake and 1/4 of the amount my bf did in zins when he was quitting

Interesting never thought to try this. Cigs fuck with my lungs after a while tho and zyns suck
