controversial take I suppose but personally I think it’s a bad thing to poison people with spoiled food? and it strikes me as especially cruel to poison people who can’t afford groceries, and to frame that poisoning as like, some kind of superb generosity while you’re at it?

RIGHT like “old” food is discounted specifically targeting disadvantaged communities. like call me too woke but food should be accessible to everyone regardless of money and have the same high standards
