It’s just ridiculous to me because I’ve been working since I was 16, bought my own car, and pay all my own bills The idea of being 20 years old and having to ask your parents for money is honestly embarrassing

Well not everyone's circumstances are the same. For example my parents literally wouldn't let me get a job at 16. I think it's silly to assume a bunch of things about a person based on that alone

And that’s fine that you didn’t get a job at 16, but to not have even a part-time job or summer job as a fully grown adult in college and instead rely on your middle-class parents and and student loans for every dollar is crazy work
