My sex life got better once I started healing from my sexual trauma. I no longer have trauma flashbacks during sex nor do I experience extreme pain or breakdown/cry after sex. Thank goodness for my bf for being so patient 😭

I went to therapy! & honestly just give it time because it took a while for me
