The decision on tariffs is a formality. The court is already in the hard right. Passing the Save Act will make senate and house hard right. This theme will build. This is why a lot of political analysis is wrong because they continue to go off of prior patterns and trends but since 2016 a lot of these patterns are no longer valid.

Broadly this is like the 1930s where various nations went hard right but the difference this time is the debt and central banks will be shut down by decree from government leaders. Then without the debt there won’t be bureaucracies which will hinder socialists from getting into office. Meaning this can last for than a couple of decades.
