please stop doing this now it only gets worse as you get older and you want friendships that don’t start with this precedent

I did this and then my friends could never hang out bc it wasn’t on their terms and then they’d turn around and gas light me and act like I didn’t ever put any effort into the relationships. And then when I do hang w them they’d publically embarrass me. Emotional abuse.
