I appreciate the clarification and definitely agree I do not want to talk about men all the time! But also I understand the pain of wanting a relationship and feeling like you can’t find someone.

As someone who has a friend like this, I totally understood what you meant the first time! There’s a big difference between craving a relationship ‘cause you never had one and never being able to discuss anything other than men 24/7. :/ I have a friend who cannot for the life of her be single longer than a week, and it’s quite sad honestly ‘cause most of the guys suck ass and she goes into the relationships unhealed. Wishing for the best for those seeking for someone (healthily)! 💗

Thank you for clarifying what you actually meant!! Cause the original post you made it seem like it was a bad thing for some of us to want a relationship 😭 i understand completely not wanting to talk about men 24/7, thats draining. It just needed to be worded better

Yeah that’s totally my bad!! I dont judge any of you guys for wanting to be in a relationship at all most of the stories in the comments are so understandable too ! So i definitely could’ve phrased it better 😭 but yeah nothing wrong with wanting to be loved!! Only the male centered pick me girls is who im talking about who only have convos about guys

i agree with you 1000% and also wanted to add that this is def not gender specific, it reminded me of a male friend i had and he eventually learned through experience that relationship status isn’t Everything but i think sometimes it genuinely takes being in a long term relationship, like past the point where everything is new and exciting, to understand why it isn’t an end-all-be-all for happiness.
