The general burnout is getting severe There's sooooo many causes But no matter how I think about it, it's only going to get worse unless radical change is enacted or radical action is taken Our lives, and the world we live in, will only grow worse and worse Even to the level of, employees are overworked, exhausted, and underpaid. So their performance tanks. So their bosses aren't happy with them. No moral boosts lead to no performance boosts. So they either quit or get fired, rotate someone else
