Nah something similar happened to me in high school. I had a weird phase that I answered yes or no only in either Spanish, German, French or Mandarin and one day one of our teachers brought over a German foreign exchange student to our table and told us to be nice and show her the ropes or whatever. I screamed NEIN when my friend took my drink. It got so silent and awkward
