Yup😭 recently did a study abroad program and people from my town literally said “why did you feel the need to leave? Texas is perfect you don’t need to travel your just being ungrateful” mind u I wasn’t complaining to them LMAO

The level of close mindedness is genuinely ridiculous I had a girl brag that she was so diverse because she has a friend from another state. The state being Oklahoma. We are from north Texas. Like hello?? That’s not diverse yall look the same lmao also that’s still America what is going on😭😭
