If I may, I’ve found a lot of healing through journaling. Specifically prompt based about, at least for me, what am I running from. ChatGPT, for its many faults, is actually quite good at giving you prompts. I like to break things down into the abstract and then apply them to my situation, so the therapist that I’ve been just give like general advice which is good, but like - it’s not enough. I need to get down to the SOURCE. Hahaha.

Also meditation has helped me step back from my emotions and to see them and feel them and try to understand what they’re trying to tell me. Because I used to use a lot of bad coping mechanism to try to silence them, but the root problem was still there. Writing has allowed me to see what story I’ve been telling myself, and has helped me rewrite it in a way that benefit me and where I’m going
