it’s even harder to get rid of your rib flares from sucking in for too long of a time

for me, i still have them but ab workouts really help since if your core is strong it’ll shift your ribs to where they’re supposed to be

I think im gonna try that because i feel like sucking in really messes up your abs anyway

i mean sucking in is literally just keeping your abs tense all the time so if they can come out naturally then your rib cage will shift

if you have abs then you just need to relearn how to breathe correctly and then it’ll feel normal again since you move your ribs so your lungs also shift
