For me I’ve been trying to loose weight since I was 10 (I’m 18 now). I’ve been continuously gaining weight and I would give up after 2 days after every single try. I think after so long it got to the point where my will to lose weight grew bigger than my need tk binge because every single thing I did was affected by my weight. I don’t restrict any type of food. I just try my best to eat 1 serving size of junk food. And I love to eat veggies so that helps.
