Cause Americans tend to be very selfish and bigoted to others. This causes most places to hate the average American.

Honestly I'm pretty sure every country has bigoted people. I think people blame americans the most when the majority of our population doesn't agree with it at all. It's kind of ironic to judge someone from where they were born because people who live in the same place do it to you
