i went on a date with this guy and he was perfect, a gentleman.complimented me, opened doors, made a reservation, payed, held my bag, tried to let me win at golf, conversation was great and great kiss at the end, then he ghosted me. what that mean?

Hi OP, He used you to expand his own social intelligence. Some people watch others and basically train and prep to give their sell to see how convincing they are. It’s like a mock interview but this maybe a mock date. The more people they can convince, they use that knowledge on the person they want. I mean what else would it be? He may have been interested and then lost interest and put up a show?

Sorry to hear OP. The society is becoming sociopathic seeing people as a resource and they just go around trying to max out what they want and will instantly vanish when they find a new victim.
