I think 90% of people would become significantly more attractive if they got into shape. Both men and women even though i see it more from men.

It boils my blood when I see a dude I know talking about how no woman likes him and he’s ugly and shit and he ACTUALLY just needs a gym membership, a haircut, and a cool jacket

Nah, people think that sometimes but, you just end up being the same person except fitter and spending all your time on it It’s not my focus rn in life. I don’t have time for that, it’s too much work, I’m not trying to focus on making someone else happy and pleasing them and putting all that energy into it at the expense of my interests

women that are afraid of muscle mass drive me up the wall. one it’s really difficult to gain muscle mass as a woman and two that’s what makes you hot and healthy. not being as tiny and frail as possible. osteopenia isn’t cute. i’ve had friends be jealous of how skinny i am because of malabsorption but i’m jealous of how strong and healthy they look

To each their own, being in good shape doesn’t take that much time but it’s your choice.

It takes more time than just the gym. You eat and sleep more. If you add in cardio ambitions it’s like even more. Been there done that, dgaf about it rn, I have bigger fish to fry

And it’s extra stress and effort. You only have so much willpower and time. I know exactly how much time it costs. I’ve done it for years.
