
I used to be the same. I used to paint, draw, bake, and try new hobbies. Then I got a phone and downloaded apps like instagram and TikTok. It went bad from there. I stopped doing all the hobbies I loved and spent my days scrolling and not evening doing my school work. I didn’t like this cycle so I changed it. I deleted what was causing it (TikTok, instagram, etc.) and honestly felt 100% better within the hour. Started enjoying life more and actually doing the things that make me happy.
