Just do it! They’ll understand! You have to make time for yourself every now and then! Trust me they will understand. Just say hey I have to take care of some serious business I can’t hang out/talk/play

Just go ghost, if there’s someone who would be concerned if you took a couple days to reset, just tell them you need a couple days to reset from people.
