1. This is one of the only major, casual geolocation-based apps on the market that isn't a dating app, so it's going to attract random people based on that alone. Not to mention, I don't think you need to be a college student to make an account anymore, pretty sure they axed that requirement a fair while ago. The college demographic is just the majority.

I mean I had the app in college and still had an acct years later when I reopened it one day needing to vent. It’s not really a college app anymore.
