I’m going through the same thing right now OP. Just know you’re not alone. It makes me feel a bit better I’m not alone in this. The best way I can cope with it is visualizing myself as an actress when im interacting with them. Thats how my therapist told me to cope with it, by performing. Hugs to you and your loved one.
