I don’t believe in the Christian god, but I have to admit that I fucking love the stories in the Bible. Not in a religious way, I love them the same way I love Greek myths, or the epic of Gilgamesh. Those are some fun stories.

Glad you enjoy it. Hopefully you derive some good out of it. And honestly, it’s way better than those “kkkhristians” that have never opened a Bible.

NO YEAH I grew up Christian, not anymore, but I retained a lot of my lessons entirely cause there’s some fun stories in there. Also cause I need to be able to judge bible thumpers who blatantly ignore some stories in favor of the hateful ones

Saying it’s “fun” and “not real”

I never said it’s not real, I just said I don’t believe in it. I could easily be wrong! Also I think fun is a compliment, if you don’t want to find your religion fun then that’s a personal thing

I’ve read both! I grew up very religious so I’ve read the entire Bible a couple times

None of what op said was making fun of it at all lmao. You’re just upset they called them stories.

I loved reading about them so much, the same with all women in the Bible. Very essential and inspiring figures!
